The scenery is so stunning! We were told photos would be posted on their Facebook page so we didn't take our cameras with us, unfortunately nothing has been posted 🙁 (even after chasing up with emails asking) so take yours if you go! Ended up having to pay for cash up front and then cancel our already paid for Groupon. The employees are not friendly and will talk down to you. Would not recommend. read less

I purchased a groupon for the sunset paddleboard about 2 months prior to the date I wanted. When I went to book on their website the code wouldn't work. So I used their contact us page thinking it would be an easy problem to solve. I never heard back so I sent a direct email. Never heard back again so I called. It went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I called a few times again and nothing. Finally I sent a nasty email and I got a response back saying that they book quickly and there was only one spot available for the night I wanted (it was supposed to be my husband and I). But we could still come and watch the sunset. I was confused as to how that would work and asked some clarifying questions. Well, shocker! I never heard back. Our vacation to Miami was this weekend and we didn't get to do the sunset paddleboard that I already paid for. Nobody ever apologized for the error or for not returning my emails. Apparently it was my fault because 2 months prior isn't enough time to reserve your date. It's a shame because I was really excited and it looked super cool. But I would never use this company or recommend them to anyone because of their terrible customer service. I will be taking this up with groupon for a refund. read less

At first I was a bit concerned with the choppiness of the water. But a great instructor, Julio, came out with me and I had a ball! We saw two dolphins 🐬 as well 😍 I can't wait to try it again. The people who worked there were very friendly but the instructor told us that he wouldn't be out there on the water with us and to follow the path of the map that was on the wall. Overall we had a great experience/workout (although we did get lost lol. I couldn't remember the map once we got out there) But I would recommend This place to anyone who wants to get out in the water and have some "tiring" fun. We booked through Groupon and got a great deal, and for the value that we paid, the results were so much better than I could have expected. The staff was super nice and accommodating, and gave us even more extra time despite us running late. The views from the location were also amazing – downtown was partly visible, and of course the mansions looked great up close. We'll definitely be back, a few more times! read less
