I purchased a groupon for the sunset paddleboard about 2 months prior to the date I wanted. When I went to book on their website the code wouldn't work. So I used their contact us page thinking it would be an easy problem to solve. I never heard back so I sent a direct email. Never heard back again so I called. It went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I called a few times again and nothing. Finally I sent a nasty email and I got a response back saying that they book quickly and there was only one spot available for the night I wanted (it was supposed to be my husband and I). But we could still come and watch the sunset. I was confused as to how that would work and asked some clarifying questions. Well, shocker! I never heard back. Our vacation to Miami was this weekend and we didn't get to do the sunset paddleboard that I already paid for. Nobody ever apologized for the error or for not returning my emails. Apparently it was my fault because 2 months prior isn't enough time to reserve your date. It's a shame because I was really excited and it looked super cool. But I would never use this company or recommend them to anyone because of their terrible customer service. I will be taking this up with groupon for a refund. read less

The kayak has a wheel on the end of it so it is easy to wheel over to the launch ramp. It only took about 30 mins to get to the uninhabited island (which was closed due to "covid"), but we were able to lay the kayak against the sandbar beach and lounge around for a while. The staff were super nice and friendly. The double kayak was large so we were very comfortable in it. The paddles were nice and light and easy to use. Easy launch site. There was plentiful street parking available both times we went to check it out, then pick up the rental on a different day. Just perfect experience. read less

He made sure everyone was knowledgeable about the route and that no one be left behind. He was great about taking our pictures as well! I do have to say that their meeting facilities are kind of sketchy and the bathroom was pretty awful, but the personnel and equipment were great. I'd definitely repeat! read less

We found the place easily.... read moreMy best friend and I decided to try paddling boarding once we saw there was a groupon for it. We found the place easily. The people who worked there were very friendly but the instructor told us that he wouldn't be out there on the water with us and to follow the path of the map that was on the wall. Overall we had a great experience/workout (although we did get lost lol. I couldn't remember the map once we got out there) But I would recommend This place to anyone who wants to get out in the water and have some "tiring" fun. I definitely slept well that night � read less
