How to get to our location (Miami Beach Paddleboard)?

We are located at 1701 Purdy ave shop 102 Miami beach Fl 33139, you can take and UBER or park at the public parking right in front of us.

Do you have lockers?

Yes we have where to keep safe your belongings.

Age limits and requirements?

You must be 18+ or have a parent or guardian must sign the waiver, plus bring one ID.

What payment forms are available?

We accept all Credit Cards, cash, venmo, apple pay or pay online once you book your activity.

Do i need a reservation?

Yes all reservations can be done on our website, walking by customers are welcome but reservations will have the priority.

We only take reservations with a deposit or full pay of the activity online or by phone.

Requirements for rentals?

All renters must provide a valid ID form or 1 for the group or single rider.

Equipment capacity?

E-surfboards max 6 people
SUP sunset glow tour 14 people max.

We provide a life vest for all activities and customers must sign the waiver before engaging in any activity.

Cancelation and reschedule policy?

Cancellations made 7 days or more before your reserved date are eligible for a full refund, less a 10% processing fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours from your reserved date will receive no refunds of any kind, regardless of whether or not the equipment is rebooked by another party.

NO SHOWS are charged in full for the rental period reserved. Any party that has not arrived by the scheduled time of the rental shall be deemed a NO SHOW.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation for violations to our policies.

We reserve the right, solely at our discretion, to reschedule and/or cancel your reservation in the event of inclement weather. Reservations cancelled do to weather (or any other VALID and APPROVED reason) during the rental period will be given a voucher for credit toward use of same or similar piece of equipment at later date or time, or in the form of a dollar amount to be used on our alternative equipment, and such vouchers will be determined at the sole discretion of Miami Beach Paddleboard staff.

Reschedule can be done if bad weather was the factor of cancelation just Miami Beach Paddleboard staff determining this situation.
